Both centers are Texas Rising Star Certified and has received Texas School Ready Certifications and is climbing their "Star" process. Training manuals, daily procedure manuals, quality control measures and a reporting and check system are in place and will help with the transition to new buyer.

Divorce prompted the reason for sale.

The buyers, a husband / wife team have had experience in the education field for over 15 years and ran a tutoring business for over 10 years. They purchased both locations that were for sale.

The buyer has managed his own full-service hotels with sales of
2.4 million or higher. His specialty has been in food service for events and receptions. He plans to operate the establishment full time. The Seller, on the other hand, operated as an semi-absentee owner, letting the management staff run the place.
