SOLD: 3B's (Bill's Burgers and Beer)

Father and son, Russell and Ryan Doerr, were attracted to this popular restaurant in the booming Woodlands area for several reasons. One being that there was a full-time manager on the restaurant staff. Location, location, location, and solid books were other factors that fit the bill for the Doerrs. England, an owner of a major carpet cleaning franchise, left his full-time engineering sales position in the oil and gas industry to take over and ramp up the pool repair acquisition. Its location in The Woodlands, one of the fastest growing regions in the U.S., and the surplus of business that was being turned down by the seller due to overload, indicated that the company was ready for explosive growth.
