SOLD: Acclaimed Burger Shop In Houston

For over 15 years this acclaimed burger shop in north Houston has been profitable and successfully run as an owner-absentee enterprise for 15 years. Their burger brand has dominated their market with a cult following. The restaurant serves some of the best and most unique burgers around and was previously ranked as one of the best burgers in Texas by Texas Monthly Magazine. The owner is moving out of state, which was the impetus for the sale.   The buyers are experienced food industry entrepreneurs. They had owned a restaurant in the downtown Houston for eight years. They began looking for a restaurant with us in early February and purchased this business one month later. They plan to be full-time owner-operators in this new venture. SOLD: Commercial Residential Landscape Maintenance Company in Houston

This commercial and residential lawn maintenance company has been serving the Sugar Land / Richmond areas of Houston for 20 years. The company is contract-based with its customers and each customer makes contractual monthly payments. The owner sold the company to start up a backyard pool / kitchen / patio remodeling business. The buyer, a veteran landscape-business buyer, has purchased a couple of landscape companies from us within the last six months. He has owned a commercial landscaping company in Houston since 1989 that services office buildings, churches, hospitals, and industrial properties. The company also provides landscape architect services. He generally looks for add-on acquisitions to grow his enterprise. Some seller financing was involved in the sale.
