The Sellers, Ron and Gena Patten, started the business 15 years ago and were ready to retire to Iowa. While their new home is being built in Iowa, they will be working with the new owner, Bill England, for six months to insure a smooth transition and to properly train him in all aspects of the operation.

England, an owner of a major carpet cleaning franchise, left his full-time engineering sales position in the oil and gas industry to take over and ramp up the pool repair acquisition. Its location in The Woodlands, one of the fastest growing regions in the U.S., and the surplus of business that was being turned down by the seller due to overload, indicated that the company was ready for explosive growth.

Marcia Brown listed and sold the business.
