This absentee-owned pizzeria was established in 1996. It is ideally located in the Houston Medical Center with over 714,000 employees within a five-mile radius. It is known for its fine quality and huge selection and has become a neighborhood haven for amazing, hand-tossed pizzas, build-your-own pizza's, wings, subs and salads.....whether it be for lunch or dinner.

Online ordering, delivery and take-out services brings approximately 60% of revenue. The restaurant also serves beer and wine.

The previous owner was ready to retire. The buyer, who had been working with us for a few years to find the right business to acquire, previously owned a pizza restaurant for seven years and worked in the food business for over 10 years. He plans to add catering services to surrounding businesses and hospitals.

The seller started the business in 1989 and was ready to retire after 27 years of operating the company.
