BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Purdue University, Marcia Bowron has established a distinguished career formerly in the software sales industry and currently as a business broker. As a Sales Manager, she has worked with numerous software companies, including industry leader Symantec, where she consistently exceeded targets and demonstrated a deep understanding of the tech landscape. Since 2004, when Marcia transitioned into business brokerage, she has leveraged her extensive sales experience to help entrepreneurs and businesses achieve their goals. As an intermediary between buyers and sellers of small to medium sized businesses, facilitating the sale and ensuring a smooth transaction, Marcia is known for her unwavering integrity, dedication to clients, and ability to deliver exceptional results.  Marcia has been the top performer for the last decade at Certified Business Brokers. She has tremendous experience in business value assessments, implementing marketing strategies, Buyer and Seller matching, negotiations, due diligence, contract preparation, and working with landlords and banks to finalize a transaction.  

Marcia has completed extensive coursework though the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) to obtain the prestigious Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation, further enhancing her expertise and commitment to excellence in the business brokerage field.  She also served for over 4 years as Vice President of the state board for the Texas Association of Business Brokers.
